Terms of Use — Send Planning Connect

Last updated 27 October 2026 · Alpine Lynx, Switzerland

What Send Planning Connect is

Send Planning Connect is for teams with shifts. One owner makes the schedules; each collaborator gets their own schedule on their phone and can ask for swaps. It works as a web app and as an iOS app. There is no account with us and no Alpine Lynx server holding the team's data: it is encrypted on the devices and kept where the owner chooses.

Accepting these terms

By using Send Planning Connect, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use it. If you use it for a company, you confirm that you may accept these terms on that company's behalf.

Your licence

We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use Send Planning Connect for your own work and, if you are an owner, for your own team. The app, its name and its design stay ours. Don't reverse-engineer it, rent it, resell it or redistribute it.

Acceptable use

Use Send Planning Connect to organise real work for a real team. Don't use it for anything unlawful, don't pass yourself off as someone else, and don't try to break, overload or work around the app, the relay or their limits. What you do with the app has to comply with the law that applies to you, including labour law and data-protection law. The rules and alerts in the app are tools you set up yourself; they are not legal advice, and they don't check the law for you.

The team's data

Everything the owner enters stays the owner's. The owner is responsible for the data they hold about other people: for having a proper reason to hold it, for keeping it accurate, for deciding who sees what, and for handling it under the law that applies to them. Read the privacy policy.

The recovery code. When the base is created, the app shows a recovery code to keep on paper. We don't have it and cannot recover a base without it. If both the devices and the recovery code are lost, the base is lost.

Subscription and payments

Only the owner pays. Plans are by team size (the number of collaborators; the owner doesn't count), monthly or annual, with a 14-day free trial. They are sold and billed by Apple through the App Store, under Apple's Media Services Terms, and later by Google Play: the price shown in the store is the one that applies, and renewal, cancellation and refunds are handled in your store account. Cancel there before the trial or the current period ends to avoid the next charge. We never charge you directly.

Without a valid subscription, the team is locked: the owner cannot open the base and the collaborators' devices show nothing until the owner's subscription is valid again. The data is not deleted. When the team reaches the plan's size, new devices cannot connect until the owner moves to a larger plan.

Collaborators

Collaborators don't pay and don't need an account. What they see, and how their swap requests are approved, is decided by the owner. A collaborator can leave a team at any time in the app.

No warranties

Send Planning Connect is provided "as is" and "as available". We work to make it correct and reliable, but we don't promise that it will be free of errors or interruptions, that it will fit a particular purpose, or that a schedule or a swap will always arrive on time: delivery depends on the devices, their connection and the notification services. Keep your recovery code and export the base regularly.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by Swiss law, Alpine Lynx is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for losses arising from data entered incorrectly, a lost recovery code, a base that was not backed up, a message that was not delivered, or decisions taken about shifts, hours or pay. Nothing in these terms limits liability where the law does not allow it.

Changes

We may update these terms as the app evolves. The new version will be published on this page with a new date; material changes will be highlighted in the app's release notes. If you keep using the app after a change, you accept the new version.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Swiss law. Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the courts of Switzerland, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have where you live.
